Petit Palace Tres Cruces Madrid

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the center of the city and close to everything. We had easy access to small food stores and the metro, only a 3-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were varied and delicious.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for us night owls who enjoy going out. It's right near the center of the action, in a neighborhood that is loud until all hours. Plus, it's just a short walk to all the attractions of Gran Via. The room we stayed in was clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with printing and arranging a taxi. the hotel offered a great value for a city center stay.

The air conditioner was not in use during our visit.

Additionally, the breakfast offered good value for money, with options available for vegetarians.

I had a wonderful stay at Petit Palace Tres Cruces. The location was superb, with everything I needed right at my fingertips - cafes, supermarkets, fashion stores, and more. The hotel itself was cozy and clean, and my double bedroom had all the amenities I could ask for, including a minibar, coffee kit, and ironing facilities. The bed was comfortable, and the private bathroom was fully equipped and super clean. The staff at the reception were beyond friendly and helpful, even lending me a scale to weigh my luggage before my flight. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making my stay hassle-free. Despite a minor drawback of no bellman service, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience at Petit Palace Tres Cruces.
